Understanding spinal biomechanics is foundational to safe and effective Pilates instruction. This certification preparation workshop equips you with the anatomical and clinical reasoning skills to assess and programme for any spinal presentation.

- Spinal anatomy review: vertebral segments, intervertebral discs, facet joints
- Movement principles: flexion, extension, rotation, lateral flexion and their tissue implications
- Clinical classification of common spinal presentations (disc, facet, sacroiliac)
- Programming frameworks for each classification

Prerequisites
A basic understanding of spinal anatomy is helpful but not required. This workshop starts from first principles and builds systematically.
